Tour Plan
Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech – City Tour
Upon arrival, our driver will greet you at the airport. Begin exploring the vibrant city of Marrakech with a local guide. Discover the medina, historical palaces, gardens, and bustling souks. Overnight stay in a charming riad.
Day 2: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Dades Valley
Drive across the stunning High Atlas Mountains, stopping at the Kasbah of Telouet and the scenic Ounila Valley. Visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore Ouarzazate’s film studios and the Kasbah of Taourirt. Continue through Skoura Oasis and the Valley of Roses before reaching the spectacular Dades Gorges. Overnight in a local riad.
Day 3: Dades – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga Desert
Travel to the Todra Gorges for a breathtaking canyon walk, followed by a drive through the desert landscapes to Erfoud, known for its fossils. Continue to Merzouga, where camels await to take you to your desert camp. Witness the sunset over the Erg Chebbi dunes, dine under the stars, and enjoy Berber music around the campfire.
Day 4: Merzouga – Desert Exploration
After breakfast, set off on a desert tour by 4×4 and camel. Visit a nomadic family and discover their way of life. Then head to Khamlia village to enjoy traditional Gnaoua music and a delicious Berber lunch. Return to your desert camp in the evening for another magical night in the Sahara.
Day 5: Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Cedar Forest – Fes
Leave the desert behind as we head north, stopping at Rissani to visit the Mausoleum of Moulay Ali Chrif. Pass through Erfoud and the scenic Ziz Valley, then drive through the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping to see the monkeys in the Cedar Forest of Azrou. Arrive in Fes and relax at your riad.
Day 6: Fes – Volubilis – Chefchaouen
After a leisurely morning, depart for Meknes to visit its historic medina and the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. Continue to the Roman ruins of Volubilis, known for its well-preserved mosaics. In the afternoon, drive to the blue-washed city of Chefchaouen. Overnight at a peaceful riad.
Day 7: Chefchaouen – Rabat – Casablanca
Enjoy a morning walk through Chefchaouen’s photogenic streets before heading to Rabat, Morocco’s capital. Visit the Hassan Tower and Oudaya Kasbah, then continue to Casablanca for an overnight stay in a comfortable hotel.
Day 8: Casablanca – Marrakech
Visit the grand Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world. Then drive back to Marrakech for a final evening exploring Jemaa el-Fna square and the bustling medina. Enjoy your farewell dinner in a traditional riad.
Day 9: Departure from Marrakech
After breakfast, we’ll transfer you to Marrakech airport for your return flight, marking the end of your unforgettable desert journey.
