Tour Plan
Day 1: Marrakech → Ait Ben Haddou → Draa Valley → Zagora
We’ll start our journey bright and early at 8:00 AM, picking you up from your hotel in Marrakech. Our route takes us through the majestic High Atlas Mountains, where you’ll enjoy stunning views of Berber villages along the way.
The first stop is the world-famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Here, you’ll explore the historic kasbah and learn about its role in many films, including Gladiator and Game of Thrones.
Next, we’ll head to the Draa Valley, known for its endless palm groves and scenic beauty. Continuing our journey, we’ll pass through the Berber village of Agdez before arriving in Zagora.
Once in Zagora, you’ll embark on a camel ride to your desert camp, where you’ll spend the night. As you watch the sunset over the Sahara dunes, you’ll enjoy a traditional Berber music performance around the campfire, before retreating to your cozy nomadic tent for a restful night under the stars.
Day 2: Zagora Desert → Taourirt Kasbah → Atlas Mountains → Marrakech
After a peaceful night in the desert, we’ll start the day with a sunrise camel ride. You’ll then enjoy a hearty breakfast before heading back to Marrakech.
Our journey will take us through Agdez and Ouarzazate, where we’ll stop to visit the impressive Taourirt Kasbah and the famous Cinema Studio, a key location for many iconic movies.
We’ll continue through the Atlas Mountains, taking in the beautiful scenery before making our way back to Marrakech, where we’ll drop you off in the evening to wrap up our unforgettable 2-day adventure.
